How long have we been associated with Badcock & More?
2016 marks the 20th year we have been producing quality Badcock & More products at great prices!  

How do I create an account?
Before being able to check out, you will have to login or create an account. Once clicking the Create Account link, enter your name, email address and password. You will receive a verification email.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Partner Marketing will be listed on your credit card statement as the store for your order.

When does my order ship?
Items ship within 3-5 business days.
If personalized, the items ship within 4-7 business days.
Bulk orders ship within 5-10 business days.
If an order is expected to ship outside these parameters a customer service agent will contact the customer.

Where does my order ship from?
Winter Haven, Florida

What carrier method is used?
USPS or UPS Ground 

How do I return or exchange a product I ordered?

To expedite your return, please include your packing slip with your returned items and follow these three easy steps:

  1. Include a note indicating why you're returning the item (wrong size, wrong item, etc.)
  2. Tell us whether you’d like to exchange the item for another or credit the card used at time of purchase.
  3. Provide an email address and daytime telephone number in case we have any questions.

Returns received within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the order are eligible to be credited for the purchase price of the item(s), but not for shipping charges. Exchanges will be shipped to you at no charge.

If the content of the package does not match the order placed or the item is defective, Customer may return the item and either: (1) have a replacement sent at no additional charge or (2) have all transaction charges, including shipping, credited to the account on file for the order.

To return an item that does not match the order placed, please email  cs@badcockcompanystore.com . Please include your order number in the subject field of your email.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of receipt. Returns can not be accepted on personalized products.
